Every day, there is a new food rule or fad diet found in our media. What are you going to believe? Who are you going to trust? A person needs to look at the source and ask themselves a few simple questions:
  • Is what I am reading sustainable over a long period of time?
  • Is the author(s) telling me to completely eliminate a food group?
  • How much will I have to buy into in order to following this “diet?”
  • What kind of results are they promising? Too good to be true?
